What is “Go Trade”? Top

Go Trade is the new ‘trade to trade’ division of the Pentagon Group, offering a huge range of new, nearly new and used cars and vans to the automotive trade market.

Who do I contact? Top

The ‘Go Trade’ team is available on gotrade@pentagon-group.co.uk (Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30). Alternatively you can speak to the Sales Managers directly at the branches 7 days a week to discuss any vehicle you have seen online. Their numbers are shown once you have clicked into the vehicle details. Where are vehicles sourced from? Top

This can vary greatly depending on the time of year. Much of our stock is generated through Pentagon Group dealerships via the Rental departments and demonstrator / courtesy car de-fleets. In addition, hundreds of vehicles have been specially selected by our Used Vehicle Acquisitioning team, ensuring a wide range of models and ages These vehicles have come from a range of suppliers.

What would be the condition of the vehicles? Top

The majority of the vehicles on the ‘Go Trade’ stock list will have already been on display at one of our retail dealerships, so it will have been prepared to a high standard Also, condition is also relative to the age of the vehicle, but photographs are included to give you an indication of the vehicles quality and we can also send you a copy of any vehicles condition report on request. If you have any other questions, just ask!

Would the cars always come with a V5 and spare key? Top

All of our vehicles come with a V5 and we have spare keys for 95% of our vehicles. We can double check any vehicle to make sure you have everything you need.

Is vehicle delivery possible? Top

Whilst you are more than welcome to collect the vehicle from whichever dealership it is at, delivery is possible at an additional charge. Please just ask for more details.

How do I pay? Top

Payment would be by Telegraphic Transfer (CHAPS). However, the Account details would vary depending on which dealership you have purchased the vehicle from. Please ask in each instance.

What if I have a problem? Top

If you have any issues (perhaps relating to customer service or a vehicle) then please bring these to our attention by phone or email. We endeavour to provide an excellent trade service and any comments or feedback will be noted and looked into. We can’t promise we’ll always get it right first time so if we do mess up make sure you let us know so we can put it right.

Is vehicle availability guaranteed? Top

No, as most of our vehicles are on dealership forecourts a small number of vehicles will appear as available when they have in fact been sold. As a result, you are advised to only guarantee vehicles to your customer once you have a formal invoice from us.
